Good value
I appreciate that Crawford & McCarthy Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Crawford & McCarthy Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Responsive and caring

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Crawford & McCarthy Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Crawford & McCarthy Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
