Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Crawford Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Crawford Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Crawford Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
