Poor communication
My biggest issue with Crawford & Gagnon Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Crawford & Gagnon Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Crawford & Gagnon Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Solid broker
Crawford & Gagnon Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
