Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Crawford & Black Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Does the job

Room for improvement
Crawford & Black Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Crawford & Black Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
