Lost my documents

Okay but not great
Used Crawford & Barrett Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Crawford & Barrett Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Crawford & Barrett Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Crawford & Barrett Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
