Could be better
The rates Cooper & McGregor Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Cooper & McGregor Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Cooper & McGregor Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
