Good broker
Cooper & Harvey Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Pretty good

Family business feel

Could be better
The rates Cooper & Harvey Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Cooper & Harvey Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
Cooper & Harvey Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Windsor. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
