Okay but not great
Used Cooper & Freeman Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
Cooper & Freeman Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Fair pricing
Cooper & Freeman Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.
