Lost my documents
Cooper & Fisher Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Fair pricing
Cooper & Fisher Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Solid broker
Cooper & Fisher Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
