Helpful staff
The staff at Cooper & Elliott Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Decent service

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Cooper & Elliott Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Cooper & Elliott Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Cooper & Elliott Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
