Best broker in town
I've been with Cooper & Co. Insurance for years and they consistently find me the best rates. Their claims support is top-notch too.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Cooper & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Cooper & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Reliable broker
