Room for improvement
Cook & Richardson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Cook & Richardson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Cook & Richardson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
