Could be better
The rates Cook & Fraser Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Does the job
Cook & Fraser Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Markham. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Okay but not great

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Cook & Fraser Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
