Okay but not great
Used Cook & Drake Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good overall experience

Slow and unresponsive
Cook & Drake Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
Cook & Drake Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
