Happy with the savings

Slow and unresponsive
Cook & Barrett Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
Cook & Barrett Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Vancouver. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Cook & Barrett Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
