Reliable broker
Been with Cook & Abbott Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Cook & Abbott Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Cook & Abbott Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Gatineau. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
