Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Continental Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing
Continental Insurance Brokers offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Solid broker
Continental Insurance Brokers is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Continental Insurance Brokers on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
