Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Continental Insurance Brokers. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Slow and unresponsive
Continental Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Continental Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Good overall experience
