Lost my documents
Continental Brokerage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Five stars all around

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Continental Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
