Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Continental Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Continental Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great experience!
I had an excellent experience with Continental Brokerage. They found me the best auto insurance rate in Cambridge and the whole process was seamless.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Continental Brokerage. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Continental Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
