Average experience
My experience with Connor & Taylor Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Family business feel
Connor & Taylor Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Connor & Taylor Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
