Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Connor & Moore Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Solid broker
Connor & Moore Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Renewal was painless

Room for improvement
Connor & Moore Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Connor & Moore Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
