Satisfied customer

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Connor & Mason Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Connor & Mason Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Reliable broker
Been with Connor & Mason Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Lost my documents
Connor & Mason Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Connor & Mason Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
