Reliable broker
Been with Confiance Solutions d'Assurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Confiance Solutions d'Assurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Disappointing experience

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Confiance Solutions d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
