Great for home insurance

Helpful but slow
The broker at Confiance Services d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Confiance Services d'Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Based on reviews I expected more from Confiance Services d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
