Solid broker
Compass Risk Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good value
I appreciate that Compass Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Compass Risk Solutions last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Compass Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Compass Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
