Good value
I appreciate that Compass Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Slow and unresponsive
Compass Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
