Solid broker
Compass Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Compass Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Fair pricing

Lost my documents
Compass Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
