Good value
I appreciate that Compass Insurance Brokers shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Compass Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Compass Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
