Made insurance easy
Insurance has always been confusing to me, but the team at Compass Insurance Advisors explained everything in plain language. Got great tenant insurance coverage at a fair price.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Compass Insurance Advisors. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Compass Insurance Advisors. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Compass Insurance Advisors handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Pretty good
