Highly recommend

Room for improvement
Community Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Community Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Community Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
