***I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies at Southgate auto Insurance! I was there today and I saw Angela Lees and she was beyond helpful had a dilemma trying to get my insurance set up for the yearly financing and would have been hooped if she hadn't have gone over and above her job description and actually cared and had a heart I felt that all of the staff members there including the manager genuinely cared and did everything they could to help me and they did you should go there if need to they are the best thumbs-up and thank you very much again ladies big hugs! sincerely Melissa Propp

My office has used this insurance branch for many years and everybody I've worked with has been fantastic. Karen, the manager, ensures her staff is well trained, helpful, and gives excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend them for any insurance needs as they feel more like friends than somebody behind a desk.

The wait time wasn’t very long. Ashley Barber helped us get a temporary permit for my daughters car and change my current ICBC coverage. She was so nice, helpful, fast and genuinely cared about our needs. It was a very comfortable and private environment which made it easy to ask questions and understand what my coverage was etc. without having to hear a bunch of other people around me. I usually get my insurance done at the Bowen Road location but this location is just as good, maybe even a little bit better as they have more insurance agents here. Thank you to all the staff there that made buying insurance a little bit less painful LOL

So I had called in to ask a couple of questions went through the menu got to an agent almost instantly there was no hold times. I had a very long and thorough conversation with her she was above and beyond friendly answered every single question where I understood it gave me additional information all the tips advice and everything that I could possibly need to be prepared. she was above and beyond in her professionalism knowledge and friendliness. this is the insurance place closest to me it's the one I've been using for the last three or four vehicles I've had and I will probably continue to use this insurance agency as long as I can they are amazing A+++

I recently renewed my car insurance with Coastal Community Insurance Services. Ashley was the agent helping me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained all of my options and got me set up with the correct insurance for the new driver in our home.
