Solid broker
Commonwealth Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Commonwealth Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Commonwealth Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Commonwealth Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
