Room for improvement
Commonwealth Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for home insurance

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Commonwealth Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Commonwealth Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
