Helpful but slow
The broker at Colonial Insurance Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job

Helpful staff

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Colonial Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Colonial Insurance Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
