Great for bundling

The rates Collins Risk Management found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement
Collins Risk Management handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful staff
