Solid broker
Collins Risk Management is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Collins Risk Management. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Collins Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Collins Risk Management was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Collins Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
