Helpful but slow
The broker at Collins Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Collins Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Collins Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
