Could be better
The rates Collins & King Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Collins & King Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Collins & King Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
