Reliable broker
Been with Collins Insurance Group for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Disappointing experience

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Collins Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
