Fair pricing
Collins & Elliott Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Lost my documents
Collins & Elliott Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Collins & Elliott Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Collins & Elliott Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Collins & Elliott Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
