Good value
I appreciate that Collins & Associates Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Slow and unresponsive
Collins & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
