Colley Insurance

I was shopping for Motorcycle Insurance which is a limited market. Based on the reviews I knew to ask for Debbie. I am old enough to have been dealing with insurance companies for over 30 years and have never had such a positive experience. We were not existing customers but the customer service we received from Debbie was amazing. She went above and beyond to get us a quote for the bike. Based on all she did for us we will be paying the penalty cost to leave our current insurer and we will still be saving money! It’s not just about the bottom line...Confidence in having your needs met by someone who is so obviously qualified and knowledgeable is extremely reassuring for a Guelph to Toronto daily commuter. Colley appears to have connections to good and reasonably priced coverage for all insurance needs as our monthly costs went down impressively for the same coverage we had elsewhere. (2 vehicles and tenant insurance). Debbie is the icing on the cake. I have only spoken to her on the phone but so look forward to meeting her in person to sign on the dotted line with Colley. Sometimes you will find what you think is cheaper insurance online but what is cheap is not necessarily good. Sandra Majidy has been our rep since we started using Colley. Her customer service, experience and all round good nature is invaluable, no amount of money can account for how amazing she is. Do yourself a favour, go look online to get a quote then bring it to Sandra and she will give you the details and facts other insurance companies do not. Then just use Colley for all your insurance needs.

Sarah was extremely helpful in explaining best and cheapest options for my coverage. In switching over to her recommended provider I saved 50 dollars a month in premiums and now have twice the coverage! Highly recommend the switch for anybody who has been with the provider for years as lots has changed in the landscape.
