Lost my documents
Cole Risk Management lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Cole Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Cole Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
