Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Cole Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Pretty good
Cole Risk Management helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Good value
I appreciate that Cole Risk Management shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Cole Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
