Family business feel
Cole & Partners Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Cole & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
