Good value
I appreciate that Cole & Evans Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Cole & Evans Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Cole & Evans Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Could be better
The rates Cole & Evans Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
