Fair pricing
CoastalWood Insurance Brokers offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from CoastalWood Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
CoastalWood Insurance Brokers helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Victoria. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Five stars all around

Poor communication
My biggest issue with CoastalWood Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
