Okay but not great
Used CoastalValley Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Insurance made simple

Poor communication
My biggest issue with CoastalValley Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
CoastalValley Insurance Advisors handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
