Amazing customer service
The staff at CoastalValley Brokerage are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with CoastalValley Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
CoastalValley Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with CoastalValley Brokerage. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
